03.80 is the latest an i heard its fixed the vol so thaught id c if anyone had it to confirm.also some ppl av said the bug came by deleting the tears for fears tunes that were originaly on the fone.dnt know how true that is. * +

The tears for fears stuff is on the memory card not the phone so i wouldn't of thought that would affect the firmware * +
