Don't trust commercials,use forums before buying a phone. The 12mb are there but the user is only given what's left from the operating system, inbuilt apps (like the browser, IM etc) and graphics (like color themes,menu icons and such). There's no way around it I'm afraid. As for the stupid file system, it's a design decision which was easier/cheaper to implement and Nokia went with it. * +

Ridiculous. I always thought that 2.5mb was it's memory .Now only i got to know that it has 16mb. Nothing 4 us to store in true sense. My suggestion is to throw the phone from 2.5 kms on the nokia care.Only then nokia will know what they have done to us. * +
