I have the same problem as you to, you may see that it is software problem but you can help me and others solve the problem by telling us how it first happen and what cause it

It is a S40 software problem like the go to menu problem and not a virus but you can tell me the last last application/game you downloaded before it happen * +

Andres256 i got a nokia 3200 phone with the same problem as you cannot add or save a bookmark and the only solution is to get your phone FLASH at a nokia care center or a phone unlocking shop with the latest software version install to correct previous problem.
