Which phone is it that you have? I know the 6280 isn't initially very loud, but if you go into the graphic equaliser bit and customise it, push all the levels upto the top and this makes the mp3's MUCH louder. Not sure if this works on any other phones. Thats all the help i can give! * +

No m8 you can only make the mp3's play a bit louder by going to profiles select outdoor and then listen to the mp3 as if your selecting a ringtone or sit the phone on a hard surface wood glass ect because the speakers on the back of the phone so that helps to project the sound
