It will use 1 sim and when you want use other just power off then on and it will use the other sim..the dual sim can be a little tight fit in some phones it comes with 2 covers if thats case use the thinner 1 , it also comes with 2 adaptors for the mini sims if you want 2 use them singly again it costs 14.95 gbp incl pp * +

Carphone warehouse used to sell them, think it somehow was a replacement battery that had 2 simcard holders and connected to the normal sim holder. They didn't involve cutting sims up, which would worry me incase i damaged them. But thats my luck that i'd slip and slice thru the middle of the contacts! * +

You can also get a triple sim adaptor if your interested for nokia's they cost around 11 gbp and work more or less in the same way as the ghost sim eeprom mentioned you can only activate 1 sim at a time by flicking a switch. if u want more info about it type (triple sim case) without the brackets into google web * +
