S60 is best. S40 is based on java platform. And s60 is based on symbian platform. S40 can run only java applications and java based programmes. S60 can run many programmes based on vb,java, c++ and more. And symbian platform work faster than java platform. * +

I think s40 can get viruses bra....i mean phones like 6230i etc are sd memory card compatible nd thus during hotswaping frm a bugged fone 2 another can lead to more faultsvirus......jus a thought * +
