I have download a video clip in my nokia 6230 its formate is 3gp . If i try to play that video it says Unable to play . If i try to delete that then it says Unable to delete ? Please help me how do i delete that video.. * +

yes i have turn if off then i restrat again plus i have restore the factory setting then i try to delete that video clip but still its saying unable to delete even unable to move or rename ? what do i do here ? * +
