No you can't watch tv on this phone because this in an older s40 phone and also this phone does not support videos nor live video streaming.But try using oplayer app if you are lucky you may be able to watch sometime.Better buy a new mobile preferably s60 or s40 mobiles that support videos such as 6230,6020,etc.Best of luck. * +
