Hi can some one help a friend has a 6230 on orange and he having problems with his Mms he can send pictures out but when he as one sent to his phone it come up with a blank Mms with the words PICTURE REMOVED in english and french can anyone help please thanks * +

it also the same with my 6230 on orange (israel)... instead, i recieve a sms which says i need to retrieve the mms from their wapsite. however, i can't do it since their site is in hebrew! * +

It maybe because the format of the pic is nt supported by the other phone *
