I fink u might have 2 ring customer services or check online i know on pay n go u dial 4444 then press 2 then 2 again but im sure that doesnt work with contract *

Ye you've got to check it online. I even tried that txt the word balance to 20202 which some prat in an o2 shop said would tell me my remaining txt allowance but i just got some mad msg off o2 saying i don't have a txt allowance! Weard considering i get 750 a month. So that must just be for payngo aswell. *
