Opera mini had always worked on S40 phones. It's just that it doesn't work on all of them, like NOKIA 3200 for example. * +

I 2nd Tahnjong.. Like in South Africa. I tested 2network on my S40 phone. And found that it do work fine on MTN when it always shows OUT OF MEMORY on Vodacom. I know why it doesn't work on Vodacom. * +
