If it's less than a year old take it to a nokia service centre they should sort it for free. My local nok doc joked with me last time i went that he was thinking about changing the name of his shop to 6230i service centre. All these problems wi 6230i are known about and they do try and fix it for you if they can. One bad thing is their first step is usually to flash the phone *
