The only solution to the bookmark problem is to get your phone FLASH by data cable attach to your phone from a flash software via pc/lab top at a nokia care center or a phone unlocking shop and in jamaica the cost is two or three thousand dollars and there is no nokia care center in jamaica only phone phone 
and some flashing can take three hours to do but make sure you fully charge battery. * +

My nokia 3200 bookmark problem was solve but only by FLASHING and working very good without the go to menu problem too * +
