Lol ,dont tell me u never heard about mIRC .... Iti a chat program u can chat whit people from all over the world .Just tipe in channel name where u want to chat 4ex my channel cluj_napoca im the manger there ,when u wana join the channel from a pc ul enter #cluj_napoca ,after u are there its just simple chat ... if u whant some chanel from ure contry reply here 4help. * +
