The only solution to the bookmark problem is to get your phone FLASH at nokia care center or a phone unlocking shop with the latest software version install in the phone to correct the bookmark problem or it will happen again with different problem like cannot access IM/chat menu and get push out of the caller groups sub menu in the contacts menu *
