Scroll to: settings/configuration settings/personal configuration settings/options/add new/ACCESS POINT ACCOUNT * +

Then u edit the ACCESS POINT.. Make sure u select gprs as data bearer. And make sure u enter the CORRECT APN used by ur network. Once u do that all u have to fill in is ur password and username. Thats all * +

THE IMPORTANT PART! many people miss this step. Once ur account is created. U MUST REMEMBER TO ACTIVATE IT. If u dnt knw how. All u do is highlight the account,click options and them ACTIVATE. * +

And then after that u MUST CLICK ON ACTIVATE DEFAULT IN ALL APPLICATIONS Then u can restart ur phone if u want to. * +
