sup all, hey i dunno y my fone sez action failed when i try to download new apps or games off wap but i tried usin nokia pc suite n it worx fyn fo puttin games on ma fone.. help * +

My phone sez download failed when i try to download a operator logo.Since i was on the internet n my phone turned off n came on but when it did my logo was a square with a question mark now i cant get rid of it.Please help us sort this frustrateing problem oh i hav a nokia 3220 thankyou. * +

Factory reset or downloading another blank operator logo or turn off/on operator logo in display settings operator logo dont solve the problem *
