Ok this sounds like im new to phones but im nt. Realy havn probs downloadn mp3 and vids. Ive bn to a bunch of sites but when i click on a mp3 it says *the requested page can nt be displayed*. Any one help me? * +

Yeah u might need 2 update ur software by gettin ur phone flashed. i used 2 have the same problem then i got my phone flashed now can download mp3s n vids etc. perfectly. x * +

Usually that error means that the site that you're downloadin mp3's from is busy. Key in *#0000# on standby screen ov your phone n it should give you software version. If its 3.15 or 3.17 then you'll need an update. I think the latest firmware is 5.35 BUT just be aware that all info on phone mem will be deleted! If you need any further help, inbox me... * +

I hav same prob, it needs a software update. If its under 12 months old it shouldn t cost u anythin, at car Fone warehouse .. Peace out. * +

Just take it into a nokia shop or carphone warehouse and just mention it. They'll reinstall 5.35 to see if it helps * +
