Not gprs for a fact although EDGE could be. Nfxcr3w reckons normal GPRS is only about 3kbps but i think its faster. * +

A high level network engineer told me that E-GPRS will eventually be capable of 168k but few networks have upgraded to support it. Most will give you somewhere in the 20s. * +
