It seems like my 3200 has a virus i cant add bookmark to phone it will shut off,i went on wap and all my pictures,games and tones went.0 button only works when i turn off phone,my memory only shows 726kb total,numbers both on sim card and in phone is hidden.Name off person only cums up when# is manully dial,And i cant download games over 63 kb.Says file too large,Was possible b4.Help! * +

That phone is f*****. Btw, series 40 phones can't get viruses. Your phone just seems to have nokias usual faulty software. * +

take it to a nokia care center and re install the firmwear,phone reseting aftr u select go to in bookmarks is a commn prb . bt ur phn seems to hav a more complex err. * +

Yeah, its best to get the software upgraded. To find out what you currently have, just type *#0000# on your phones main screen, if possible. * +
