U can change an imei with a special box and a pc plus the cable as u flush the old software out the phone and rewrite the software nokia do it when a phones softwares corrupt there allowed 2 do it but it is illegal but nokia have a license 2 do it because its there phones but they put the old imei number back in the phone * +
