before my firmware was 6.51 then upgraded to 7.63 but my problem wasnt resolved because my mp3 player/radio/video player cant open.,can i fix it by using phoenix? *

when i try to play a mp3 from my gallery the music plays in the background but the player doesnt open.,also in the radio doesnt open.,i tried formatting sd card.,also the *7370.,nothing happened.,any advise that could help me? *
