For cheapest if have a pc You can purchase the code from a sl3 bruteforce seller ,theese people have Abilities to bruteforce the unlock code for nokia sl3 phones.its that or purchase code from network for more expenses

Nokia sl3 phones currently Cannot Be Instant Unlocked Via Cable At A Shop Like Other Nokias

,,you cannot bruteforce the code yourself unless you have a very very very high spec Super PC with top processor and several high spec GPU or it will take several years (lol) the main one i use is the one in link below, if you choose to use it you must have a pc and a usb data cable for the nokia sl3 phone
,And use a pc application available from the site which will capture the Hash file from your phone and upload it to their SuperComputer for it bruteforce(crack) the unlock code for you
