I did a remake for my s40 prov maker app that can be run on your phone(without Internet or PC!). But this app requires you first to install AlchemyOS 1.41 then install this app into it. check my AlchemyOS thread for the links.I will give the link for the generator soon * +

ah yes..i forgot to add it here. do have internet access on your phone?(not trick). Because installing it requires internet.in terminal type:pkg refreshthen pkg install s40provgen * +
