I have a nokia n95, and it keeps randomly restarting and crashing....any help/ideas please

create a backup of your phone memory then update the firmware on it. a Nokia service centre should do it for free if ya cant be arsed with doing it yourself. * +

or if your not fussed about losing any apps or text messages or bookmarks etc you can format it by typing star hash 7780 hash * +

kk will try that mel...jim it started doing it about 2 years ago when my gf had it, she gave it to me as she has had another one since, and aint used it in like 2 years, and told me i can have it but need to sort it as i dropped mine down the bog

yeah thats a hard reset. if you type star hash0000hash it'll tell you wat firmware version its running. anything under v30 is ancient. * +
