ok my day to day work phone is experiencing problems, for starters the messaging ceases to work, it keeps saying message storage not ready, its done this for several days, the messaging memory reads at 9.9mb which is excessive but have no way to delete them, factory reset failed to delete them. I need to completely wipe the phone *
