If you still imagine of MIDP3.0 or even MIDP10.0, I have to say 512mb and 1ghz is a waste for a s40... Yes, u can call me narrow minded.... But I always say what I mean to say.... If it was symbian, then probably I can tell u its not a waste.... But, s40 is a platform, not an OS... Even if u think beyond ur imagination, a high power application will never need more than 5mb of RAM in a s40... * +
