re-install d app or master reset ur phone or scan it 4 virus n if nothing works then switch 2 SE phone. Nokia sucks * +

At 1st crate a backup of ur contacts, notes, etc. Then remove memory card. And then restore all ur phone. After restore fully input memory card and restore contacts and notes. I think ur problem will solve. If not solve then u have to upgrade ur phones firmware to latest version. * +
