I had inserted my memory card in s60 phone it was telling memory card not inserted so i re-inserted it in my s40 it said memory card not formatted format now i dont want to do that as it really has important data please what please help me * +

S40 phone has actually detected its faulty format - so even after you format it it still wont work. Just will cause you to risk your entire data. * +
