Is it S40v5? You need XML 3.0 version of theme descriptor. First copy a phone memory theme, then extract theme.xml using BlueFTP. If it's XML version is 3.0 then then use that descriptor to make a theme and place Radio, Music player and equalizer skins. * +

For copying default theme go to web browser, then to go to address. Type there 'file:////c:/predefgallery/predefthemes/name of theme.nth' and phone will download the theme in memory card. * +

Use Moby Explorer to edit theme.xml. If the theme in which you want to place Music player etc. skins is based on XML 3.0 then no problem just find where is written about skins and change the name of skins written there with your desired once. But the theme is based on XML 2.0 or other then you'll have to make the whole theme with XML 3.0 which you can get from default theme. * +
