For your 3110c ,At first convert your desired image in 128 x 160 res using photosnap , propaint mobiles etc. Then open the converted image with Flash Mobile Converter. Then select SWF . Change name of the image if u wish . You can unmark clock if u don't want clock in the swf file . Other fields leave as it was. Then press OK ( Left key ) . Give required permisson ( Yes ) if needed. You flach file will create after a short time. * +

Hmm u can not add Sound but can create swf file from gif animation. But Res must have to be 128 x 160 for ur 3110c * +
