Can anyone please help me?? Ive got a Nokia 6101 that wont store Contacts, no phone numbers wotso eva! Everytime i try it says OPERATION FAILED. I tried resetting to factory settings but it requires a SECURITY CODE, which I dont have. And none of the codes I tried using to reset the security code work... Please help? Thanx in advance! * +

Hmmm! Goto contacts setting change memory to sim or change to phone. Try with both. If not work then update your firmware * +

Memory is on sim, I cant change it to phone memory, it says PHONE MEMORY PROTECTED. How do I update the firmware? Would it work to flash the fone? If so, how do you flash a fone lol. . . Thanx 4the response btw * +

No. It's not memory problem. It is happening for setting security level as phone or memory. He has to know his security code to solve this. * +
