Contact with nokia care. Although u have warranty they will charge you some money to unlock it. This is the safest way to get rid of your problem unless try yourself with flashing * +

Try this. Connect phone in pc. Open JAF. Go to BB5 tab. Click inf. After detecting your phone tick user code edit. Click service. A window will apear. Click read. Wait for few seconds. Now you can see the security come in the box. * +
