to do this you need PC and JAF or phoenix software...first you have to hack phones security then add this line in manifest,mf file of jar application you want to hide 'Nokia-Midlet-Exit: True' now repack the app and run it then simply press red button, * +

now the application won't ask to exit instead it minimizes,you can resume it anytime by clicking on it just like s60....to exit the application you must press exit option in that application * +
