Keep 400mb free space for 2GB and 200mb for 1GB to avoid restarting problems. Moreover, do not install apps, theme etc in the phone memory.just keep phone memory totally free. If you accept file via bluetooth ,then use signed minicommander or blueftp. Do not use phones' default bluetooth to accept or send files. For themes, i use always below 1mb and of course in the memory card .These tricks works fine in my nokia 3110c and my phone is not restarting for more than 1 years. * +
