I can't seem to update my 3120 via the update software on pc or from the phone's update option. Always tells me to turn my phone off and on again. Is there any other way to update it? Its on firmware version 9.41 and i heard there's a version 10. Can i download the version 10 somewhere and then note to my phone? Any help is much appreciated * +

Does the phone get detected by pc suite and are you sure the phone is in pc suite mode and not mass storage * +

Yes... It does get detected by pc suite. And i do select 'pc suite mode' when i connect the usb cable * +

jaf tutorial on dotsis, in s40 zone. pc suite will update only firmware, but at *0000, not all firmware. * +
