Ok this is not my phone its my girlfriends phone i dont know what she did but somethings not rite i formated the phone updated the software and the problem still there ok the problem is the phones auto update is grey cant do any thing there cant go on the net any more cant open apps and the phone keeps deleting contacts and txt's hope someone here can help * +

Maybe the best thing you must do is re install/reprogram again your gfs fone. Dont trust any site offered free version update. Go only to nokia site. * +
