I've got a 6230, and have had a blank operator logo on it practically since the first day i got it- then i switched my phone on this morning and it's showing up as one of those wee format unknown boxes! I've tried downloading another blank oplogo but it keeps saying saving failed. Help please? * +

Do a reset. If that dont work throw it against the wall twice. * +

I had the same fault with the first 3 6230s i had . . . . .in january ! Reset worked on the 1st one but not on the rest . . . . .Software upgrade is the only way 2 go iv been told . . . . . * +
