Click on create option or any equivalent to that...and click on plus sign(+) and select link option,then select file manager then click on the file which you want to display on your web page...enter a name for it and hit ok * +

To display folder first click on + sign then new page,give a name for new page....thus another page is created,again open that page and follow the above procedure * +
