@Outlook, flashing is not ordinary operation......the operating man must knw and understand what he is doing, otherwise u may harm..............as ur question i understand dat u had better take to to nokia care........ * +

Flashing means installing a new Firmware and it's very technical. Don't let the guys install an old firmware. *
