Where are you downloading from? Also, make sure you are downloading the correct file type. It should have *.nth extension. ....Try a different site maybe? Zedge.net is usually pretty reliable. * +

It may be a software error. Try my simple trick. Remove memory card restore factory setting then download a fresh theme via default browser. Don't insert memory. Try to apply you will get success. *
