Step 1- First create a backup of your phone memory in memory card by going to setting- backup- create backup. Now your phone will create a backup in .nbf. But if you went straight to that folder you will only get the option of restore. * +

Step2- Use blueftp signed version recommended now rename it to .zip from .nbf. * +
