I know I'm not very smart about phones, but my phone went into headphones mode all by itself and I don't know how to turn regular microphone back on. I didn't plug the headphones in!!! Thank you for help all. *

the headset pins might have short try cleaning the jack with a earbud or else you will need to replace the jack *
