Upgrading the firmware is not the solution at all, and it'll be a total waste of money...... When this problem occurs, restarting is the only solution as I do..... And to prevent it, have patience while using the phone and avoid over loading the phone by calling too many functions at a short time.... But if and only if this problem occurs too often, then u might flash the phone.... * +
