have you checked the on call volume setting.. try moving the up down key when on call and see the volume indicator.. or there might be something wrong with the speaker.. * +

Try using a new codec, in standby mode, input *3370 (*efr0) to deactivate just change * to , or try halfrate *4720 (*hra0) deactivation is the same. *
