I was surfin d net wit my fone,den it sudenly switched off!Wen iput it on again my total fone memory iz only 418kb n itz decreasn!Iv lost my pics,tonez evrytn!I cant acces my fone book on my fone memory only on my sim memory!If ne1 no's wat i can do 2 restore my fones memory plz help! * +

Hey i got da same problem n i got da same phone.Inda last 2wks while im surfn da net my phone switchd off 3x n each tym stuff is misn off my phone.Cnt store nethn n my phone memory,al my bookmarks r gone n i cnt save ne!!Im losn all my nb stuff n my phone!!I dunno wot 2 do!!

I have got same problem. Master reset of the phone does not clear. It is a software update that is needed. * +

Im sure itz calld a 'flash'. I also gt a 3200 hd 2gt myn flashd. Lost evrytin. Bt it does switch off wen im on mxit. Da switchn off is due 2insuficient memory dat it hs. * +
