Thats a big rip off! Why cant they charge a set fee? Are you for real? Cuz I threw away my digicel for that same reason 24c per kb now they wanna charge 25cents?! I'll not have it!!! * +

if u call customer care nd ask em they will tell u its 25 cents per kb. but i am still getting on free. have not bought credit sinse year.
