Ok let me help you, 
first you get your imei number by looking under your mobile phone battery or you dial *#06# from your mobile phone and second if you are on o2 network your network code is 23410 and third if you dont know your network code then go to www.google.com/wml and write in the search box (orange uk network code) and click to search. *
