My service provider has ths java app for txting in local lang.They charge money 4 each download of tht application..Is there any way tht i can downld it with out debiting my ac.Itz in the s.P 'dialogwap.Com' i thing itl not work unles ur using a diff network. *

yeah download it, then using datacanle transfer it to a pc, and then host it somewhere *
