No idea. But tracking of mobile phones is possible. I think it works by calculating the subscribers proximity to cell sites. Im not really sure. The service cost the equivalent of 1 US cent per request. That's 5sms msg or 1mms. The service isnt that good though. They claim that they can track within a 50meter radius but actually, its 500m. * +

It meant that the mobile phone cannot be trace/track until the person who has the phone or stolen it answer it, you enter the gsm code to activate or deactivate the service when the stolen party has the phone * +
